The open car park could be an eyesore during warmer months!!! Room heating controls seemed inadequate, feeling chilly at times!!! Water pressure in the shower struggled during peak usage hours!!!

Our family had an amazing time at this boutique hotel, right at the slopes of the Grandvalira ski resort. With pet-friendly accommodations, the staff arranged our ski passes while we enjoyed delicious meals in the fabulous restaurant. The cozy spa was a hit after a day on the slopes.

My kids wished there were more activities available for them inside the hotel.
